I am using Dreamweaver for creating all of my websites. I know that Dreamweaver is expensive and that some people cannot afford to buy it. My advice is that you buy CofeeCup which is much chipper than DW and has almost the same functions. If you do not want or cannot use any software for creating your web site than you will have to Learn How To Code HTML which is the hardest way to build/create your web page/site. Or you can still download two free editors NVU and Komposer which has some limitations (free is not always the best choice) but the job is still done.  More Website FeaturesWhat kind of site do you want? Maybe you are looking to create a gaming site? Or do you want to build a chat room or forum for your visitors to communicate? Perhaps you need an online guestbook where people can leave you messages on your site? For that kind of site you need Interactive Tools. But, as the Internet grows and gets more mature, it is easier to set up these kinds of things on Website. Example: If you want a message board or forum, you need to go to phpbb.com and just download their free message board script. Next step is a little bit tricky, because you have to install it by your self to web server. But it's not so difficult, because they do provide good instructions. The good news is that there is a lot of web hosts which will help you if you need some guidance and some even provide scripts to their customers with no extra costs. I recommend IXWebHosting and WAOnlineHosting, because they both provide free scripts. Need Traffic For Your Website?Why do you need Web Traffic? Well, if you want your website to succeed, you really NEED web traffic and unique visitors.
